1. No Refunds

All sales of course enrollments, subscriptions, and digital materials are final. Once payment has been processed and access credentials have been issued, we do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

Why no refunds?

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are not standard, Devi Zones reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a credit or otherwise make an exception in the following rare cases:

  • Platform-Wide Outage
    If our platform experiences an unplanned outage longer than 24 hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a one-time credit toward another course of equal or lesser value.
  • Duplicate Charges
    In the event of a technical error resulting in multiple charges for the same enrollment, we will promptly refund any extra fees.
  • Credible Evidence of Fraud
    If you provide verifiable documentation that your payment was made fraudulently, we will cooperate fully with your financial institution to reverse the improper charge.

To request an exception, please submit a ticket within 7 days of the incident to refunds@devizones.com, including:

  • Your name, email, and order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, bank statements, error messages)

4. How to Request a Credit

  1. Email our Refunds Team at refunds@devizones.com within 7 days of the event.
  2. Include Order Details: Order number, course title, date of purchase.
  3. Describe the Issue: Clearly state why you believe you qualify for a credit (e.g., outage, duplicate billing).

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved credits will be applied to your Devi Zones account and can be used toward any future course enrollment.
