1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and participating in Devi Zones, you (“User”) agree to comply with all rules herein.
If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Community Conduct
- Respect & Courtesy: Treat all members with professionalism and kindness. Use polite language in forums, comments, chats, and video interactions.
- No Harassment or Hate Speech: Harassment, bullying, or hateful content based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Guidelines
- Appropriate Content: Nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or offensive material is prohibited. Educational images, code, and diagrams are welcome.
- Intellectual Property: Only share content you own or have permission to distribute. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and licenses.
- Privacy: Do not post personal data of others. Always anonymize sensitive information.
4. Account Suspension & Termination
- Warning: First minor offense receives a written warning.
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may result in a temporary suspension.
- Permanent Ban: Serious or ongoing breaches will result in permanent termination without refund.
5. Course Participation Rules
- Academic Integrity: Complete your own work on quizzes and assignments unless collaboration is permitted.
- Mission Deadlines: Missions have due dates. Extensions may be granted for valid reasons at Devi Zones’ discretion.
6. Use of AI Assistants (Lisa & Peter)
- Appropriate Queries: Only course-related, navigation, or professional guidance queries are allowed.
- No Abuse: Misuse or attempts to trick the AI may result in restricted access.
7. Investor & Business Partner Guidelines
- Confidentiality: Non-public data shared with partners must remain confidential under NDA.
- Fair Use of Data: Analytics can be used only for training improvement or recruiting. Resale is prohibited.
8. Modifications to Terms
Devi Zones reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Users will be notified via email or in-platform announcements. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
